As a Master Authorized Dealer we order your door from Clopay and crate it, packed to travel. Then we line up the freight north.
Install is not included. You pick the freight up at your local terminal, and you or your own contractor hangs the door. We are a phone call away for questions along the way.
How shipping works

You pay the real cost of the freight, never a markup from us. We quote the door, help you get it crated correctly, and hand it to the freight carrier that serves your town. Off the road system, on scheduled barge runs out of Seattle all year. Order when you are ready.
These are hub ports on the Bering Sea coast and the North Slope. Ice closes the water in the fall, so the barge season runs roughly April through October and orders get planned around that window. Outside it, air freight is the option.
