Every Reserve® Wood Modern garage door is engineered for durability and style. At its core, you’ll find a solid Hemlock wood frame packed with polystyrene insulation to boost energy efficiency and block out the elements. On the outside, beautiful wood cladding gives each door its unique character, while a Luan wood backer adds an extra layer of strength and a clean interior finish.
Durable hardware, including heavy-duty hinges, rollers, and track, keeps your door running smoothly and quietly. For added protection, an optional vinyl weather seal (in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer) helps keep out drafts and moisture, guarding your garage from the elements. Each door also features Clopay’s patented Safe-T-Bracket®, designed to prevent injuries when the door is under tension.

COMMERCIAL TRACK APPLICATIONS
In commercial settings, space utilization and space constraints are important factors in choosing the correct hardware configuration for your application. Clopay track offerings and options enable you to make the most efficient use of available space. Options include standard lift, low head room front or rear mount, follow the roof pitch, full vertical or combination of these options.
COMMERCIAL TORSION SPRINGS
Designed to counterbalance even the largest doors, commercial torsion spring assemblies can be designed for Industry standard 10,000 cycles or can be upgraded to 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 expected life cycles.
